2010.June month issue new TVRS version software and software keypro

ZS-3100, 4300, D5000, D5130 had issue new version software and keypro

1. New Software  version is : 3.12D07
2. Software keypro DOS shellcolor is same before, the sereis is different, new is "Softdog"
3. If customer need extend more cards in old system , only need adding hardware or uninstall old software and change to new version software and keypro.
